After an initial call with a candidate to discuss their experience and career aspirations, we thoughtfully craft a list of target firms based on both posted and unposted needs, continually updating candidates throughout the process when new opportunities arise. We meticulously prepare and review resumes and materials, manage timely submissions to firms, proactively follow up on each submission, and coordinate interview scheduling. We also extensively prepare candidates for interviews and tactfully negotiate offers.
